My relationships with my patients are built upon trust that I strive to earn through communication and attentiveness. I view serving my patients' surgical needs as an extreme privilege.
Dr. Bajaj wants his patients to know that they will be treated with the utmost care and compassion.
"Each patient of mine will be treated with the same courtesy, respect and attention to detail that I would extend to my own family," he said. "I am here as a surgeon and educator to help my patients through a difficult time."
Dr. Bajaj enjoys his specialty for the positive impact he can make on his patients' lives.
"I enjoy working with my hands and fixing a problem that may change someone's life," he said. "It is very rewarding to see the results of my endeavors at the end of every case."
Dr. Bajaj appreciates that the Mission of OSF HealthCare aligns greatly with his own values. In addition, he enjoys living in a small midwestern town such as Bloomington.
