Noel has deep roots in OSF HealthCare, where her mother has been a nurse for nearly 40 years.
A native of Byron in northern Illinois, Noel said she can't remember a time when she didn't aspire to be a nurse herself. She earned her BSN at the University of Dubuque and her graduate APN degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
The opportunity to practice in a Level 1 trauma center clinched her decision to join OSF, where she enjoys the fast pace and critical nature of the burn unit.
"My partner and I take great pride in caring for our specific patient population and getting to know our patients. They will have my undivided time and attention," Noel said.
She and her husband have three sons. They love to travel and enjoy spending time outdoors.
