I listen to patients. I give them the time they need. I ensure I answer questions and concerns to the best of my ability before leaving the exam room.
Dr. Dib wants patients to know they will be heard during their appointment with him.
"They will be given as much time as they need," he said. "I don't have a clock in the exam room. I want them to ask all of their questions and understand the answers."
Dr. Dib admits he's biased regarding medical specialties and thinks interventional cardiology is the most rewarding.
"I can see the difference in the patient immediately," he said. "When I ask my patients how they feel after being treated, and the answer is, 'it's like night and day,' it is the most rewarding feeling I can get."
Growing up in Lebanon meant accessing health care was a challenge. This played a big role in Dr. Dib's choosing medicine as a profession.
When not at the office, Dr. Dib enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, scuba diving and skydiving!
