My goal is to take care of patients from the perspective of seeing the whole individual and how problems affect all aspects of their life.
Dr. Wargo’s own experience with sports injuries as a young person drew him into health care. His respect for life and passion for Catholic health care brought him to OSF HealthCare. And the opportunity to serve his home community of Streator keeps him here.
“Personally knowing my patients and their families is something that not every physician gets to experience,” he said.
Knowing his patients well allows Dr. Wargo to provide more individualized care. He takes a proactive approach, promoting wellness and doing whatever he can to help his patients “live their best life.”
Dr. Wargo and his wife, Heather, have three children, including two teenagers. He enjoys coaching them in youth sports. He also likes to read and play golf – and he wants to learn how to become a good cook.
