A Monmouth native, Dr. Carrier is looking forward to returning to the community.
"I feel blessed to be returning to a place that made such a positive impact on my life," he said.
Dr. Carrier is a proud husband and father of two children, Lucas and Jenna. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and swimming with his family.
