The best dynamic is a 50/50 partnership between the provider and the patient. Whether I am seeing a new patient for the first time, or a patient I have seen for ten years, I enjoy building that relationship of trust to help them achieve their best health.
When Brad and his family moved to the area, he wanted to find employment with an organization that shared his core values and served patients with the greatest care and love.
"OSF was a natural fit for me as we share the values I feel are pertinent to provide optimal patient care and to serve each individual with respect," he said.
Brad knew early in his college career that he wanted to work in patient care.
"Internal medicine was a natural fit for me because of the relationship I can build with patients as we work together toward the common goal of their health care," he said.
He and his wife have three children. In his downtime, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing, and watching sports.
