I think it's imperative to acknowledge each person's individuality while providing compassionate care. I strive to provide an environment that is therapeutic, respectful and promotes healing for all patients and families.
You are the focus of everything Britta does.
"I want you to get the most out of every appointment and leave with your questions answered and your concerns addressed," she said. "I want you to feel empowered to move forward with the plan we created together for your health."
Britta feels her specialty, critical and acute care medicine, is tough, but she welcomes the challenge. She says it's very rewarding.
"These patients have fought their fears head-on and overcome them," she said.
Britta was born and raised in Rockford. She played volleyball in college and loves watching college football.
