Anne knew from the moment she began her nursing career at a hospital in Chicago that she was doing the right thing. "I loved it, but my goal was to help my patients leave the hospital," she said.
It wasn't long before she felt a calling to primary care. It seemed a perfect fit because of her love of establishing relationships with patients. "I love learning about my patients' families and hobbies and helping them to achieve their health care goals," she said. "I feel honored that they allow me to be a part of their lives."
Anne is married to a Chicago firefighter. When she isn't working, you will find her chasing after her three young children or on the ice playing hockey for a local women's recreation league.
